Services
Student Counseling Services works with clients on a broad range of topics including, but not limited to, stress management, depression, anxiety, and adjustment to a new environment (school, city, program, etc.). We encourage students to come and talk with a counselor about any problems they are encountering.
Student Counseling Services offers two main services: supportive counseling and evidence-based therapy. When you meet with your counselor, you will discuss which of these services would be best for you. In the meeting, your counselor will also establish an appointment plan and timeline, which will cover the frequency and number of appointments you should expect to receive.
